Highams Systems Services Group plc, the specialist IT recruitment company,
announces that Glenville David Burbidge has resigned as a director of the Group
and its subsidiaries with effect from 31 March 2007.


Mr Burbidge joined the Group as Sales Director in August 2004, when Highams
acquired RWP Recruitment Services Limited, of which he was Managing Director.
Dave Pye, Chief Executive of Highams will cover Glen's responsibilities having
joined the Group in January 2007.


Alan Howarth, Chairman of Highams, commented:
