Charles Fowler yesterday informed the Company that on 21 March 2007 he purchased
87,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 25p per share. Following
this purchase Mr Fowler is beneficially interested in 162,677 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 3.4 per cent. of the total voting rights of the
Company.
