ADL plc, the owner and operator of Residential Care Homes, announces that
Richard Ellert has ceased to be a director following the termination of his
employment contract.


Mr Ellert's principal responsibilities, which were largely of a project
management nature, will be assumed by Jeremy Davies, Chief Executive, and Daniel
Francis, Finance director, pending a suitable replacement.
