TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and AIM
Notice 25, we would like to notify the market of the following information
regarding the total number of voting rights and capital in respect of the shares
of the Company which are admitted to trading on AIM:


Hardy Amies  has issued share capital comprising of 207,991,085 Shares of 1p
with voting rights.


Hardy Amies  does not hold any shares in treasury.


Hardy Amies  does not have any other class of share which has voting rights.


Consequently Hardy Amies's total number of voting rights is 207,991,085 and this
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in Hardy Amies, under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
