In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
notify the market of the following:


Northern Recruitment Group PLC's capital consists of 17,487,080 ordinary shares
with voting rights. Northern Recruitment Group PLC holds 9,325 ordinary shares
in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Northern Recruitment Group PLC
is 17,477,755.


The figure of 17,477,755 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine, if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Northern Recruitment Group PLC
