TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS



In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the
following:



The Company's issued share capital which is traded on AIM comprises 9,885,694
ordinary shares of 5p each.  All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights
and none of the shares are held in treasury.  The total number of voting rights
is, therefore, 9,885,694.



This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating
whether or not they are required to notify any interests or changes in interests
in the Company, as required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
