The Company was advised by V&P Midlands Ltd on 6 December 2006 that they have
recently sold 12,850,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Roba Securities Ltd.

As a result of this transaction, Roba Securities Ltd holds a total of 12,850,000
ordinary shares representing 8.94 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
