Director's Shareholding and Notifiable Interest



The Company has today been notified that on 27 November 2006, Mr JF Slingsby
(Chairman) purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company for £12.125 per share.
  Following this transaction, Mr JF Slingsby is interested in 93,138 ordinary
shares, representing 9.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.



The Company was also today notified that on 27 November 2006, Mr DS Slingsby
(Managing Director) purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company for £12.125
per share.  Following this transaction, Mr DS Slingsby is interested in 32,500
ordinary shares, representing 3.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
