                            Significant shareholding


The Company was notified on 16 November 2006 that Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet, a
Swedish company ultimately 100 per cent owned by Peter Gyllenhammar, had
acquired 95,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company
('Ordinary Shares'). Accordingly, Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet is interested in a
total of 3,939,011 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.1 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
