                               Trading Statement

Further to the Company's announcement on 10 October 2006, the winding up
petition issued by Seafrance was duly heard in court on 1 November 2006
following an adjournment from the original scheduled hearing date of 18 October
2006.

The court has agreed to a further adjournment of 42 days whilst a CVA document
is prepared and circulated to creditors. It is the intention of the director to
hold a creditors meeting prior to the revised hearing date of 13 December 2006
and the director is currently in the process of liaising with the proposed joint
supervisors with the aim of distributing the proposed arrangement documentation
as soon as is practical.
