                            Directors share options                            

Following an award of options under the Executive Share Option Scheme, Mrs
Pamela Harper, Chief Executive, was granted options over 200,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 59.5p per share on 31 October 2006. The options are
exercisable from 31 October 2009 to 31 October 2016.

Following this grant, Mrs Harper holds options over 400,000 Ordinary Shares.
