                    Trading Statement and Directorate Change

Further to the Company's announcements on 7 and 13 September 2006, the
administration petition filed by the Company has been refused by the Court and
therefore the winding up petition that Seafrance SA issued is due to be heard in
Court on 18 October 2006.

The Company also announces that the Chairman, Mr Derek Hall, has resigned from
the Board with immediate effect. Russell Stevens will assume the role as acting
Chairman for the time being.
