                                 Trading Update

Further to the announcement made on 7 September 2006, the Directors report that
Mr Andrew Fender of Sanderlings LLP was appointed today as administrator over
the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Meriden Holdings Limited.

The Directors expect that the administration hearing for the Company will be
heard in court in the next 7 to 10 days and further update announcements will be
made in due course.
