                               Notice of Results                               

The Company intends to announce its results for the six months ended 30 June
2006 on 28 September 2006. On that date, the Company will give shareholders a
full briefing on the steps that have been taken since Pamela Harper's
appointment as Chief Executive on 2 June 2006. This will include details of her
short-term action plan and the Company's new strategic plan.

The Company also confirms that the adverse trading conditions referred to in
the Trading Update released on 19 July 2006 persist.
