                                 Trading Update

The Company's year-end is 31 December 2005 and the Directors have reviewed the
trading performance for this period.

At the time of our flotation on AIM, the Company noted that the trading had
reflected a number of recent race meetings producing less return than normal.
The second half of the year continued this trend, as experienced across the
racing sector, with the result that the Company anticipates reporting a trading
loss for the year, which will then be augmented by administrative expenses and
certain of the costs of the flotation on AIM. However, the cash position remains
strong.

The Company had hoped to have the on-line betting site up and running by the
year-end but whilst the Company can report that it has now launched the on-line
poker site, further design and development work is being carried out on the
on-line casino and on-line sportsbetting sites and these will be launched in the
near future as this work is near completion. The on-line poker site can be
