The following replaces the Rule 2.10 announcement released today at 10:28 under
RNS No. 7623W. In the second sentence the word 'Savoy's' has been replaced with
'Spearhead's'.

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of The City Code on Take-overs and Mergers,
Spearhead confirms that it has 40,651,512 common shares of US$0.001 each in
issue.

The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) for Spearhead's
ordinary shares is US8473561020.
