        Announcement re. its shareholding in Parity Group PLC ('Parity')


Spearhead has made a number of announcements over the period from the 5th
December 2005 to the 16th December 2005, referring to its acquisition of shares
in Parity.  As of today's date Spearhead's shareholding in Parity is 67,438,936
shares, representing 23.35% of that company's reported issued share capital.

Spearhead has held discussions with the Board and advisors to Parity and is
considering the possibility of making an offer ('Offer') for all of the
outstanding share capital of Parity.

However, Spearhead currently has no firm intention to make such an Offer, nor
has the price, timing or other conditions of any such Offer yet been determined
by Spearhead.  Such an Offer may or may not take place.
