Annual General Meeting

All resolutions at today's Annual General Meeting were passed.

It was noted at the AGM today, that there is a clerical error on the company
balance sheet.

The non-equity shareholders' funds, shown as £677,000 net, should have been
disclosed as £916,000 less a shortfall of £239,000. As this is only a clerical
error the accounts were approved.
